How to make brownies cookies
Ingredients

-150 gr medium protein flour
-80ml cooking oil
-100gr butter
-5 egg eggs
-50gr cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp SP
-1/2 baking powder
-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
-100 gr sugar

How to make:
- Make cream cheese mixture, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add cream cheese, beat until soft and white. Then mix the cheedar cheese, stir well with a spatula. Set aside
- Heat a steamer filled with water. Prepare a baking sheet, spread butter and place greased paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter, then mix with cooking oil, stir well, set aside.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder then sift. Set aside
- Beat eggs, sugar and SP until thick and white, enter the gradual flour mixture at a low speed.
- Add milk and chocolate solution, stir until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
- Pour 1 part of the mixture into the pan, then steam for about 15 minutes. Then pour the cream cheese mixture on top, steam again for about 15 minutes, until cooked.
- Then add the remaining chocolate mixture. Steam again for 20 minutes until all are cooked.
- Lift and remove the cake from baking paper.
- Ready to be served with a sprinkling of toppings according to taste.
